1.Please measure the external power supply voltage by multimeter before powering. And check if there are some problems like circuit system short circuit in the advertising truck.

2.The external power supply of LED screen must have ground connection and have other requirements, such as the voltage need stable, the contactor in the power junction box shouldn’t be less than 40A. It must be waterproof inside and dry processing.

3.The LED screen needs to be lighten 4 hours every 10 days for keeping dry inside. And the mask which on the LED screen need to be cleaned by a soft brush every 7 day.

4.For prolonging the life span of the LED screen, please check it regularly. Once find any problem, repair it immediately or replace it, Warning: prohibit repairing with power. The maintenance person must have passed professional training.

5. The person, who operates the LED screen and computer, must have passed the professional training. The IPC should do antivirus regularly When using IPC, please install dustproof cover, in order to promote the circulation of air inside IPC where need to clean dust regularly.

6.The layout and installation to the external power wires of LED screen must strictly accord with local electrical appliance standards, and wires need take protection measures.

7.All the wires need to be checked every month, whether there is fracture or damage.

8.When the temperature is below -10°, please do maintenance or check after 1 hour from the time that switched off the power

9.Switch Order for LED screen:

Switch on IPC、 Amplifier、 and tone the volume on the amplifier to the middle position slowly and switch on the LED screen in order.

Switch off LED screen、 tone the volume to the lowest position、switch off Amplifier and IPC in order
